1. No Returns

  • All products sold by Rania’s Shelter, including vases, pots, lamps, and bowls, are non-returnable. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, colors, and images before completing a purchase.

2. No Refunds

  • All sales on our website are final, and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. We ask that customers double-check their selections to ensure satisfaction with the items purchased.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are permitted only before order processing begins and are subject to our discretion. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Messenger as soon as possible.

4. Limited Return Option (If Courier is Still Present)

  • Due to the delicate and breakable nature of our products, we offer a limited return option for one item if the courier is still present at the time of delivery. This is allowed only for items that are in unused condition and in their original packaging. Please check your items carefully upon receipt, as this option is available only while the courier is still at the delivery location.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • While we do not offer standard returns or refunds, we want you to receive your items in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Messenger within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item and your order details, and we will assess the issue and work toward a solution.
